No returns unless there is something wrong with the product itself and I failed to catch it. I will either give you a full refund or send a replacement.
If something was damaged in transit, please take a picture of the damaged product(s) and send me a dm or email me at rinnekanzaki [at] gmail.com with your order number. We will work something out!
If you as a buyer provided me with the wrong address and your order has been shipped out, I am unable to provide you with a refund. If the package is returned back to me, I am unable to refund postage fees but I will refund you for the item. I am unable to refund until I receive the package back. I am not responsible for any errors made on the shipping address. So please double check your address!!
If your package was lost in transit (marked "Delivered" but did not receive, etc.) due to the carrier’s fault, I will try my best to help you but please note that the easiest way to solve the issue is for you to contact your local post office. Please understand that I am not responsible for lost packages.
